1. Peel and cut each in half lengthwise, then cut across to get 4 pieces.
2. Cook the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat. When it’s boiling add the bananas. Simmer it for 8-10 minutes. It depends on how ripe the bananas are.
3. When the bananas are cooked, add sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Add the coconut cream, stir and cook for 2 minutes. If you like soft bananas then cook a bit long.
5. Removed from the heat, serve immediately or wait until its cold.
