1. Clean the pumpkin very well with brush and water.
2. Then cut the top of the pumpkin about 4 inches diameter. You also can cut it in fancy shapes like stars,triangles or squares.
3. After you cut off the top don’t throw it away just keep it as a lit. Now remove the seed and clean it well with water and drain the water out. We use it as the container.
4. Now we will make the egg stuff to fill inside. Beat the eggs and mix it well. Then add coconut cream, palm sugar, concentrate pandanus leave and salt.Mix well.
5. Pour the mixed eggs into the pumpkin and cover it with that lit of the pumpkin. Steam it for 20 minutes.
6. You can serve the whole pumpkin at a time or cut it into 4 pieces.
