1. Wash shallots and peel. Then, finely slice shallots, set aside.
2. Cook oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it hot.Add the sliced shallots and stir fry regularly until it turns brown. Transfer to a plate.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix coconut cream, palm sugar and salt.Mix it well.
4. In another mixing bowl, beat duck’s egg and add salt.
5. In a pot, mix well the mixture of item 1 and 2. After that, cook it over medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a bowl.
7. Put the bowl in cooking oven with 350F for 35 minutes or until the surface turns brown.
8. Top with fried shallots.
Tips:
You can add mashed taro or mung beans. It will give you another tasty dessert.
