1. Wash the black beans and select bad beans and stones and soak it in the water at least 3 hours.
2. Boil the black beans a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are medium tender. When they are all cooked through, remove from the heat and drain off the water.
3. Cook the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat. When it’s boiling add the black beans.
4. When the black beans are cooked, add sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
5. Add the coconut cream, stir and cook until it boils again.
6. Removed from the heat, spoon in a serving bowl and it’s able to serve with or without sticky rice.
