STIR FRYING

Stir-frying is very easy and quick method of cooking. All stir-frying processes of each dish are almost the same. The main ingredients are oil, garlic, meat, vegetables and seasoning. As you know the stir-frying process is very quick, you need to prepare all ingredients on hand before starting to cook.

You should fry the garlic with the oil over low heat but make sure the oil is hot before adding in the ingredients. Once you add the ingredients especially seafood, stir them quickly and add seasoning.

Some seasoning is salty like fish sauce, thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and fermented soy bean paste. So be careful not to add too much but if it’s too salty you can add some water, stock or sugar.
