Pad Kana Moo Grob (Stir-Fried Kale With Crispy Pork)


Pad Kana Moo Grob is another simple dish that Thai people order at the restaurants nearby their houses. It has a good taste, is a bit spicy but if you don’t like it hot just do not add chilies.




 

Ingredients:

300 grams crispy pork

400 grams kale

1tablespoon chopped garlic

4 red chili(if you don’t like spicy food just skip this item)

2tablespoons oyster sauce

1 teaspoon fermented soy bean paste

1 teaspoon fish sauce

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon ground pepper

2tablespoons vegetable oil

 
Preparation:

1. Slice crispy pork into bite side pieces.

2. Wash the kale, cut the old leaves and peel the stem of the kale. Then slice the stem and cut the leaves to about 1” length.

 
Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat the wok to medium heat then pour oil into the wok. Add garlic and stir-fry it until it turns golden brown.

2. Add all crispy pork, continue stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add kale.

3. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, fermented soy bean paste, ground pepper, sugar,and continue to stir-fry until it's cooked.

4. Remove it from the heat and put into the plate. Serve with rice.
