Goong Gratiam is a fairly basic dish but it’s one of the favorite dishes for children and people who can’t bear spicy food. It’s easy too cook you can use any other seafood or meat instead of shrimp. The main ingredients are garlic, pepper and coriander roots. I add oyster sauce and soy sauce just to make it tastier. If you want to have some vegetables just serve with boiled or steamed vegetable with rice.

3. In a mixing bowl which has the mixture, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Stir it well then add in the shrimps and let it stand for half an hour.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Toss in the shrimps, and stir-fry them until they turn pink.
2. Remove from the heat, place it on the serving plate and serve with some sliced cucumbers and tomatoes or steamed vegetables.
